This was a request from a client who travels a lot for work. She wanted a workout to do in the hotel room… so here it is!
It's a full-body, quite stretchy workout with a bit of a focus on the shoulders and core (thanks to the towel)
Remember, try to pull the towel apart! It can also be done with a resistance band. Enjoy!!
