Whether you aim to build strength for gardening, feel more energetic when looking after the grandchildren, or someone to help you make new positive fitness habits, I listen and meticulously tailor every single session to get you where you want to be as efficiently as possible.
Do you have a favourite exercise? Or one you’d rather avoid? How do you like to feel when working out? What have you tried before that hasn’t worked? I gather this information and much more to build a programme you will love. Each workout is designed with your preferences and goals in mind, making every session relevant, something to look forward to and ultimately finish, with you always wanting more!
My knowledge and commitment to you are what set me apart. From getting to know you to intensively researching the latest scientific papers to understanding the best way to work around any hurdles you may face.
My 1-1 PT service is more than an hourly rate. I am entirely dedicated to ensuring you achieve your goals and exceed them, both during our sessions and beyond them, supporting you every step of the way.
Specialising in working with adults over 50, I bring a depth of understanding and empathy to our sessions that is hard to find elsewhere.

The average monthly budget of most of my clients for personal training is £300, which includes 4x45-minute sessions per month.
Depending on your budget, I will always tailor my services to fit you.
