My career aspirations once centred around becoming a successful business person. Still, after a decade in sales and marketing, I realised it was not my calling. The stress of the corporate world took a toll on my family and I, leading us to embark on a travelling adventure that reignited my passion for exercise and its impact on overall wellness.
As a highly dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer, I understand the importance of staying at the forefront of exercise science and its ever-evolving developments. That's why I take my own education very seriously, consistently investing time and resources to enhance my knowledge and skills. With my commitment to staying informed on the latest scientific information and techniques, I am able to deliver high-quality training sessions that consistently meet and exceed my client's expectations.
