Training through experience is a fantastic way to exercise; not only can we perform fully functional exercises by matching the biomechanics, but we also have a lot of fun doing it!
As a taster, today's workout is an Olympic-themed workout where I've turned several sports into an interval-type session.
2 x rounds, 4 x exercises (sports), 30 secs each exercise. Go as fast or slow through the exercises as you desire. They are all there to get the body moving enjoyably!
