The Shoulder Pyramid

This is a fantastic seated workout for the shoulders and arms, all whilst relaxing in your chair. Three different shoulder exercises are performed as a pyramid set.

We start by doing ten reps of each exercise, then 8, then 6, 4, and 2 of each.
• Shoulder Press
• Lateral raise
• Seated snow angels (the technical term)
