100 Squat Challenge: Supporting the MNDA’s 5000 Squats in November Campaign

I’m super excited to take on a meaningful fitness challenge at Jim’s Gym with the 100 Squat Challenge to support the Motor Neurone Disease Association’s (MNDA) 5000 Squats in November campaign! One of our very own members is participating in this brilliant cause, and we’re showing our support one squat at a time.

Why Squats?

Squats are a fantastic exercise for building lower body strength, balance, and confidence - functional too. By completing 100 squats, we’re not only challenging ourselves but also raising awareness for the MNDA’s incredible work.

In this 100 Squat Challenge, you’ll build strength and endurance with ten variations that keep each squat interesting and effective, strengthening your lower body and testing your stamina. This challenge brings us together as a community, supporting our members and the MNDA, combining fitness with a powerful purpose. Each rep is a step toward greater confidence and motivation, helping you feel stronger with every move. Whether you’re in it for fitness, support, or both, join us as we take on this challenge with purpose and pride!
